    Description

    The City of Warner Robins is soliciting the services of highly qualified consulting firms to assist the City in updating a Downtown Master Plan, Regulating Plan, and Development Code. The consultant must have demonstrated experience in the fields of land use, urban design, contemporary planning codes, and architectural guidelines, as well as regulating plans for transportation and storm water infrastructure. Furthermore, the professional consultant must develop a public participation plan that actively and fully engages the citizens and stakeholders in the preparation of the master plan and code. The goal of this new Downtown Master Plan is to establish a well-developed and feasible implementation plan to create a sustainable and thriving downtown environment that reflects the common goals and objectives of community stakeholders outlined further in this RFP. It is the City¿s intent to award in July 2026 a contract for the project to a single consultant or consultant team.
