The College will contact selected providers to establish engagement specific scopes of work under the general terms of the master contracts. Being awarded a master contract does not guarantee any volume of business. Bidders are not required to offer both programs, and may opt to bid on one or both of the programs.
Experience with higher education and international education are highly preferred.
