This Contract shall not automatically renew Line 10 Quantity: 1 year of DynaCore — Cash to Core Automation Software • One DynaCore Console and License will support one TCR and connect to six online teller workstations. • Active Directory OR Locally-controlled User Administration. • 15 customizable roles. • Flexible Robbery Duress and Built-in Alarm Contacts. • Full support for advanced TCR features (Audit, Add/Remove Cash Inventory with special cassettes). • Integrates Bill Discriminator totals along with TCR totals in the same deposit transaction. • Base Station option for standalone Buy/Sell cash transactions. This software will be used in conjunction with one (1) Hyosung Base Model MS500 teller cash Vendor will be responsible for any instillation and customization at no extra cost to the Clerks Office. Line 20 Quantity: 1 year of maintenance for a Hyosung Base Model MS500 teller cash recycler The repair or maintenance is to include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, parts and supplies etc..., for the term of the contract. The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. Technician shall be on-site within 4 business hours of the initial request. Two (2) preventative maintenances will be performed on unit, bi-yearly. Vendor is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance calls. All shipping and handling shall be included in total bid amount. DELIVERY: Bid shall include cost of required F.O.B. inside delivery, prepaid and allowed.
