The service is for Post Warranty; On-Site Repair; Next Business Day. On-site repairs to include 2 PM’s, parts, labor and travel, for the term of the contract. Response time is 8 business hours (Monday- Friday, Except Holidays). Shipping and handling shall be included in the total bid amount. DELIVERY: Inside delivery required, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed.
