Support and Maintenance must be provided by Dell. Line 10 PowerEdge M640 Part # 815-0845 Quantity: 2 Service Description: ProSupport Plus Mission Critical: 4-Hour 7x24 On-Site Service with Emergency Dispatch Dates: 5/7/2026 through 5/6/2027 1 year All parts must be Dell Certified Service tag # 5RJFRN3, 4RJFRN3. Line 20 PowerEdge M640 Part # 815-0862 Quantity: 2 Service Description: ProSupport Plus Mission Critical: 7x24 HW/SW Technical Support and Assistance Coverage Dates: 5/7/2026 through 5/6/2027 1 year All parts must be Dell Certified Service tag # 5RJFRN3, 4RJFRN3. The hardware maintenance cost is to include all costs associated with the onsite service/labor, travel expenses, parts and software upgrades for the term of the contract. The maintenance and service is to be completed by a certified technician for the units according to the manufactures suggested maintenance for the optimum quality and performance of the equipment. A confirmation call to the customer shall be made within 30 minutes of the initial request. All part should be 4-hour mission critical. Technician shall be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request. All shipping and handling shall be included in total bid amount. DELIVERY: Bid shall include cost of required F.O.B. inside delivery, prepaid and allowed.
