Denton ISD is seeking vendors who can provide services, supplies, software, equipment and/or repairs related to Career and Technical Education (CTE). Current CTE Programs of Study offered in Denton ISD include: Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources Architecture & Construction Arts, A/V Technology & Communications Business Management & Administration, Finance and Marketing Education & Training Health Science Hospitality & Tourism Human Services Information Technology Law, Public Safety, Corrections & Security, Government Manufacturing Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Transportation, Distribution & Logistics Proposers shall provide pricing based on a discount from the most current manufacturer's price list or catalog, or proposer's fixed price list, or a combination of both, with indefinite quantities. This proposal will be awarded to multiple vendors and all purchases will be made on an as needed basis. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments, regardless of sole source status, to be considered. Proposal evaluations may be impacted by missing or incomplete information during the review process. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 12:00 pm on February 11, 2026. If needed, an addendum will be issued after February 11, 2026 in response to questions submitted prior to this cut-off date. Denton ISD anticipates submitting a recommendation for award to the Board of Trustees at the School Board Meeting scheduled for March 24, 2026. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs. The initial term of this proposal shall be from March 24, 2026 to March 31, 2027. There will be four successive auto renewals, each consisting of a one-year term, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties. Initial Term: March 24, 2026 - March 31, 2027 Second Term: April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028 Third Term: April 1, 2028 - March 31, 2029 Fourth Term: April 1, 2029 - March 31, 2030 Final Term: April 1, 2030 - March 31, 2031
