269- 2026-221 - Law Enforcement Protective Equipment

This solicitation seeks qualified vendors to supply National Institute of Justice (NIJ) compliant body armor for sworn Law Enforcement Personnel. The scope of work includes the provision of new, unused body armor, sizing and fitting services, and delivery in accordance with the City of Charlotte and Participating Agencies requirements. All products must meet or exceed applicable NIJ standards and warranty requirements. The objective is to ensure that officers are equipped with the most reliable, modern protective gear available.
