Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide a Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit (spouses and eligible children) enrolled in the medical, and dental plans for FCPS’ employees and retirees. The overall goal of this project is to eliminate inappropriate spending on ineligible dependents and use the resulting information to make future financial decisions. FCPS seeks a vendor to assist this employer with meeting fiduciary duties under ERISA or relevant regulations including the IRS.
