Provide new wall systems as indicated in project documents. l. Remove existing interior architectural millwork as indicated in project documents. m. Provide new interior architectural millwork as indicated in project documents. n. Any other work indicated in project documents, but not noted in this section.This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
