    Description

    Williamson County, Texas, herein “the County”, seeks to establish a turnkey solution for upgrades to the audiovisual (AV) systems at the Williamson County Expo Events Center, located in Taylor, Texas. All proposed solutions shall be provided in accordance with the engineered plans and specifications accompanying this RFCSP. The existing audio systems throughout the facility shall be replaced with a new digital signage system, and a new centralized control system shall be provided facility wide. All components of the existing AV infrastructure within the Pavilion and Arena shall be tested by the Contractor. A written report summarizing the testing results and identifying system condition and performance shall be submitted to the County for review. The County will determine which components shall be replaced and which may be reused. All components approved for reuse shall be cleaned by the Contractor to ensure proper operation.
