    Description

    The Division of Special Education is seeking vendor proposals for software for our New York State Alternate Assessment (NYSAA) curriculum. The software curriculum must be available for students in prekindergarten to age 22. The software curriculum must align to Dynamic Learning Map and provide curriculum in the following areas: English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Vocational Training, Community Training and Daily Living Skills. Additionally, the curriculum must incorporate real life skills and social emotional skills. The software curriculum must include data driven instruction and differentiation, integrate the use of technology, and offer a method of data collection and tracking of student’s goals on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Professional development and continuation of support may be requested by the district.
