The City has Council approval to use the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) alternative delivery method for design and construction. The City plans to issue a formal Request for Proposals for design and a formal Request for Proposals for the (CM/GC) Contractor.To support transparency and engagement, the City will host an optional on-site informational session for prospective proposers. This session will provide an overview of the project and anticipated procurement schedule, as well as the opportunity to visit the project site and ask questions about the project.
