This Project consists of the reconstruction of an asphalt plant site, installation of new asphalt plant equipment (purchased by City of New York), as well as the construction of multiple support buildings and all associated work for a fully operational plant. Work includes but is not limited to Demolition, Concrete, Unit Masonry, Structural Steel, Roofing, Doors, Windows, Carpentry, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Metal and Plastic-laminate Casework, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, and Site Utility work.
