    The City of Palm Bay is seeking qualified contractors for the construction of the North Regional Water Treatment Plant Production Wells NRO-3 through NRO-6 in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Technical Specifications titled: “North Regional Water Treatment Plant Production Wells NRO-3 thru NRO-6 – Technical Specifications (March 2026), prepared by Tetra Tech, Inc.”The Technical Specifications are attached to and incorporated into this RFP by reference and establish the minimum scope of work and performance requirements for this Project.The Work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the construction and testing of four (4) 17.4-inch production wells to an approximate total depth of 850 feet, including but not limited to: Installation of pit casing, surface casing, well casing, and open hole drilling. Cement grouting. Well development. Step-drawdown testing and 8-hour constant rate discharge testing. Geophysical logging and video logging. Plumbness and alignment testing. Disinfection and bacteriological testing. Water quality analysis. Construction of concrete pad and wellhead assembly.All Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents
