The project is funded through the City of Findlay’s Capital Improvements Fund. State prevailing wages and the City of Findlay income taxes shall apply. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the base bid and any accepted Alternatives as selected by the City of Findlay.
