The attached plans have already been approved by the Town of Seneca Falls and the State Historic Preservation Office and permits have been secured. Do not deviate from permitted plans. This property is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and care of historic resources and materials is of utmost importance. At this time we will accept a bid for all work in the attached plans. Estimates can be e-mailed to cparadowski@labellapc.com on the cost estimate forms attached to the work write-up no later than 4:00 P.M., Friday, April 3, 2026 in order to be considered for the project. If you do not wish to bid on this project, please return the bid packet to our office, along with a cover letter to this effect. Contractors are not to leave their estimates with the property owner.
