    Please review the scope of work, and prepare a formal, itemized estimate. A representative of the property owner, Mary McDonald of the Seneca Falls Performing Arts Center, Inc., may be reached via telephone at 315-651-9504, to arrange for an on-site inspection of the proposed improvements. A contractor site visit and walk through of the property will occur on March 11th at 10am. While not mandatory, it is highly suggested that you attend. The attached plans have already been approved by the Town of Seneca Falls and the State Historic Preservation Office and permits have been secured. Do not deviate from permitted plans. This property is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and care of historic resources and materials is of utmost importance. At this time we will accept a bid for all work in the attached plans. Estimates can be e-mailed to cparadowski@labellapc.com on the cost estimate forms attached to the work write-up no later than 4:00 P.M., Friday, April 3, 2026 in order to be considered for the project. If you do not wish to bid on this project, please return the bid packet to our office, along with a cover letter to this effect. Contractors are not to leave their estimates with the property owner. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: NONE Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 20.00%
