    Description

    2026 Annual Sewer & Manhole Lining Program The project consists of no-dig rehabilitation of several deteriorating sanitary sewer lines and Manholes in the City of Findlay (hereinafter referred to as “City”). Incidental to the lining shall be the reinstatement of sewer service laterals without excavation. The Base Bid includes several sewer and manhole locations in different areas of the City. Some sewer lines and manholes to be lined are in close proximity of each other while others are somewhat isolated. The sizes to be lined include 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch, 20-inch and 42-inch sewers. Bidders are requested to provide a unit price per foot based on the size of host pipe and a unit price per vertical liner foot for manholes. If sizes, lengths, depths or any other changes significantly differ from the provided information, the City will work with the Contractor to make accurate price adjustments. Completion Date: August 28, 2026 Engineering Estimate (Base Bid Only): $1,183,083.20
