    Description

    Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details. The Work consists of constructing the on-site sewage conveyance system conversion for up to 44 parcels located southeast of the intersection of Mission Drive and Greenway Road, transitioning from septic to the public sewer system. The work includes all necessary construction efforts to implement the conversions, based on figures prepared by the Engineer, including but not limited to, the abandonment of the existing septic system in accordance with the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) requirements, installing sewer laterals to connect to the existing City of Henderson sanitary sewers, and restoring the existing site improvements impacted by the construction. Additionally, the Work consists of constructing new public sewer main extensions which will become the property of the City of Henderson.
