42171 - SEMTECH RV55 CELLULAR MODEMS

The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified Respondents to supply approximately 100 Semtech RV55 cellular modems as specified herein (the “Work”). This solicitation establishes a price agreement only and does not guarantee the purchase of a minimum or maximum quantity. Unit prices must be all inclusive, including delivery. Respondents are requested to include in their submittals any offerings of technical support, such as follow-up responses to questions or advice in the future. This information may include references for qualified personnel who will provide technical support.

The District anticipates issuing a three-year Agreement with an estimated annual spend of $35,000, to the Respondent providing the lowest total cost for the specified items. Two (2) annual renewal options will be available upon mutual written approval. Equipment will be ordered on an as needed basis through individual purchase orders during the term year of the Agreement.
 

Interested and qualified Respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals must address all elements of the Scope of Work and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
