4478 - Pick-Up & Miscellaneous Bituminous Concrete Paving

The City of Owensboro is seeking a contractor to provide bituminous concrete for placement on streets designated for paving by the City Engineer, Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) or other Public Agencies. This contract may also include milling and texturing.This work includes all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the paving, milling, texturing and traffic control as specified below. The work shall be coordinated with the City or RWRA Engineer’s Office.Contractor shall furnish, erect, maintain and remove such construction plant and such temporary works as may be required.Any mention of "City” or “Owner” in these specifications shall be understood to mean the City of Owensboro, RWRA, and any other public agency buying materials under this contract.
