INVITATION TO BID ORDER OF 477 MCM AL COSMOS CONDUCTOR FOR CITY OF CENTRALIA CONTRACT NO. CCL-26-05PAC Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for ORDER OF 477 MCM AL COSMOS CONDUCTOR, as described in the Technical Specifications, will be received by Centralia City Light, 1100 North Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531 until 2:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at which time all complying bids shall be publicly opened and read out loud. The Contract Documents may be obtained after Saturday, February 14, 2026 by registering on the City’s Website: https://cityofcentralia.procureware.com/login and downloading the bid documents. Companies wishing to register may do so by clicking the “Register” tab, entering the required information, and selecting the appropriate categories. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal form contained in the Contract Documents, addressed and mailed, or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked “SEALED BID: CCL-26-05PAC; ORDER OF 477 MCM AL COSMOS CONDUCTOR” along with the name and address of the bidder and the date and time of the bid. NOTE: Absolutely no revisions are allowed to the Contract Documents. Any request for revisions will result in immediate rejection of the Bid. A surety bond, cashier’s check or certified check of the bidder, made payable to City of Centralia, for five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid. Bid security of all, except the lowest bidder, will be returned upon execution of the contract by the successful bidder. The City of Centralia reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Bids submitted with site of manufacture in a country with United States Travel Warning(s) posted, will be considered non-responsive. The City provides reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities.
