Bids may also be viewed and submitted online free of charge at: www.jeffparishbids.net. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, or the amount specified, WHEN INDICATED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid Solicitation on Central Auction House and place the electronic bid bond number as indicated on the electronic envelope.
