    Title:  50458 - San Francisco International Airport 911 Phone System Maintenance and Support Services
        
    Summary of Scope of Work:  San Francisco International Airport (Airport or SFO) is seeking qualified suppliers (Proposers) to provide proposals (Proposal) for SFO’s Airport 911 Phone System Maintenance and Support Services. Successful Proposer shall perform extended maintenance services to satisfy the 9-1-1 system requirements for SFO. The services being procured through this Solicitation / Request of Proposals (RFP) are set forth in the documents attached. The Services being procured through this RFP are set forth in Appendix B – Scope of Services in the City’s Contract Terms (specifically, in the Software License, Maintenance and Technical Services Agreement, form AIR-649, in the Scope of Services appendix therein). The Scope of Services is to be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all Services to be performed by the Contractor during the term of the Agreement. The 9-1-1 System at the Airport is currently configured with five Host/Remote sites. The five sites (listed below) are interconnected via the Contractor-provided local area network (LAN) via SFO provided Dark Fiber Backbone Infrastructure: 1) Host A Site is located in a dedicated equipment room in Terminal 2 (“T2”). 2) Host B Site is an alternate dedicated equipment room in Courtyard 3 Connector building (“C3C Building Site”). 3) Communications Center Dispatch Site is located on Level 4 in the C3C Building Site. 4) Communications Center Training Room Site is located on Level 3 in C3C Building Site. 5) Communications Center Backup Dispatch Site is located in the International Terminal Building (“ITB”), San Francisco Police Department – Airport Bureau (SFPD-AB) offices.
