At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will expire on 3/31/2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. These line items will be made available to the City at the pricing submitted through Indefinite Quantity Agreement. Bidder must add any additional charges and fees not covered in the lines. Any charges not specifically listed here will not be approved for payment, should a purchase order be awarded. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified.
