    The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Home Revitalization Department’s Bridging Neighborhoods (BN) Division, requests bids from qualified Environmental Contractors (Vendors) to provide Hazardous Material Abatement for homes selected for renovation and demolition within BN.
