The site visit will be held at the Lincoln Park Pool located on Prince Street in New Rochelle, NY. The meeting will begin in front of the Remington Boys & Girls Club facility on Prince Street. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, March 13, 2026, to aross@newrochelleny.gov. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City’s website no later than 4:30 p.m., March 18, 2026.
