    Description

    The City of New Rochelle (the “City”) seeks proposals from qualified architectural and engineering design firms to provide full design services for the modernization of the Lincoln Park Swimming Pool (“pool”) located in New Rochelle, New York. The modernized pool facility shall include a rehabilitated main pool and kiddie pool, new mechanicals, a water slide, and shade structures including a shaded picnic area. This project is funded in part by a grant from the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) NY SWIMS Grant Program: New York Statewide Investment in More Swimming. A pre-proposal site visit regarding this RFP will be hosted on March 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Attendance at this site visit is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged. The site visit will be held at the Lincoln Park Pool located on Prince Street in New Rochelle, NY. The meeting will begin in front of the Remington Boys & Girls Club facility on Prince Street. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, March 13, 2026, to aross@newrochelleny.gov. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City’s website no later than 4:30 p.m., March 18, 2026.
