Work desired for 1432 Ironwood, currently warehouse space, includes adding exterior windows, and renovating roughly 1/2 of the warehouse space to provide offices, conference, breakroom, open office and workroom space for approximately 25-30 staff. In the Garden level of City Hall, removal of walls and film on exterior windows will help in opening up the lowest level and creating an inviting space for staff. New carpet, lighting, ceiling tile and support spaces will provide a welcoming environment for approximately 40 staff members.The City seeks qualification proposals from highly qualified progressive design-build teams interested in providing comprehensive programming, planning, design, and construction services for the renovation of these spaces. The successful team will have highly qualified personnel with extensive experience and expertise, having previously provided full-service programming, planning, design, and construction services for projects of similar scope and purpose as these underutilized spaces. Additionally, the City seeks a design-build team comprised of firms and personnel with proven work experience delivering projects utilizing the design-build delivery method.The City invites interested and qualified design-build teams desiring to be considered as the Design-Builder for this project to submit a statement of qualifications.
