    The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of which entails construction of interior tenant improvements for the Mora County Administrative Offices, and a Fourth Judicial District court. The Mora County Courthouse is a two-story structure totaling approximately 44,000 square feet, located in Mora, New Mexico. The purpose of this contract is to complete the build-out of the South Wing to accommodate the Mora County Administrative Offices, and to renovate the first floor of the center section of the building to accommodate a courtroom for the Fourth Judicial District Court.Mora County and FMD have identified the need to construct an interior tenant improvement with limited exterior building improvements for the Mora County Complex in Mora, New Mexico.
