    The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of the Construction for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (DPS) - Metropolitan Complex in Albuquerque, NM which entails construction of two new buildings. The existing Department of Public Safety Albuquerque-based personnel are scattered across town and also housed in the District Five complex. This new complex on Menaul Blvd. will be able to eventually accommodate all Albuquerque based bureaus/personnel. This is the initial phase of the build out of the new complex.
