At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will be in effect from date of execution through May 31, 2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. Equipment is listed below, however, equipment maybe added or deleted during the term of the contract. Please quote your rate during normal business hours. Bids should include all fees, set-up, shipping, and handling if applicable. No hidden costs shall be revealed later.
