The project consists of furnishing and installing, complete, including labor, equipment, parts, materials, and other work incidental for the construction of the Bees Ferry Cell 3 & 6 Expansion to include but not limited to abandonment of the existing Ash Monofill within the existing Cell 3 footprint, installation of an approximate 22-acre class three landfill base liner system consisting of approximately 300,000 CY of structural fill soil materials, geosynthetic clay liner, geomembrane liner, geocomposite drainage net, leachate collection piping, 2-foot minimum soil protective (drainage) cover layer, raincover system, and appurtenances.
