A pre-bid meeting will not be held. All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) will be available for review and download on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com after the IFB is published. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for a bid to be considered for contract award. This project will be funded with financial assistance from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) program in association with the Ohio and U.S. Environmental Protection Agencies and does include WSRLA Program specific requirements. The OEPA Diversity Goal is 5.4%.
