Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be March 20th, 2026, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on www.bidexpress.com. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) will be available for review and download on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com after the IFB is published. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for a bid to be considered for contract award. This project will be funded with financial assistance from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) program in association with the Ohio and U.S. Environmental Protection Agencies and does include WSRLA Program specific requirements. The OEPA Diversity Goal is 5.4%.
