Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be March 20, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on www.bidexpress.com. A pre-bid meeting will be held. There will be a pre-bid conference held at Parsons Avenue Water Plant – Basement Conference Room at 5600 Parsons Avenue on March 17, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference and walk-through tour. Bidders are charged with knowing whatever was discussed in the pre-bid conference in preparing and submitting their bid.
