Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Thursday, June 5th, 2026, 9:30 AM – 70 Delphine St., Owego, New York Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
