Additive Alternates: N/A Project Risks: The existing facility (Bldg. 525) will be operational and occupied during the design & construction. Therefore, proper multiple phasing, ensuring infection control, and patient safety in an active hospital is critical to the success of the project. Advance notice and P.A.C.E. plan coordination with staff for utility shutdowns, site access, and field investigation will be required. Additionally, the existing conditions and complex infrastructure can vary from the as-built records.
