All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Multi-Step Bidding Process Request for Proposals documents will be available at 5:00 PM on May 8, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website will provide the requirements and due dates and times of all proposals and bids, in addition to dates, times and locations of important events and meetings.
