    Description

The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences receives applications for 18 academic programs, 6 summer programs, 1 postbac, and 1 high school program. We require a vendor to manage this process that can be easily accessed by applicants, can integrate with our University (peoplesoft) and school software systems (Nutrient), will allow faculty to review within the software, and that can offer a robust CRM that will be used to communicate and track prospects, and deliver offers of admission. Currently, we have an application vendor that does manage the applications and that faculty can review within it but there are many integration limitations that are a hindrance to the admissions office and process. Additionally, the CRM functionality is not as built out as other CRMs so the office has had to use another vendor for that process. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
