745-26-P42 - SABCS Shuttle Services

The University seeks a qualified Proposer to provide shuttle services between selected area hotels to the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center during the SABCS. Proposer must have flexibility, with the ability to continually adapt as the symposium grows larger and more complex each year. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
