Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Precisely Software Incorporated (PSI) to provide address verification software in order to verify customer’s addresses prior to shipping a requested record. As the repository of records, we must protect customer’s sensitive information. The address verification software aids us with preventing records from being shipped to the incorrect address and ultimately protects customer’s personal information and deters against identity theft. DOHMH has determined that Precisely Software Incorporated (PSI) is the owner, developer and manufacturer of the source code to the Software and has exclusive rights to distribute the software or authorize resellers to distribute the software on PSI’s behalf. No other vendor has end use distribution rights to the source code.Any firm which believes is qualified to provide such products are welcome to submit an expression of interest.
