NASTAD's services will include promotion/advertisement, storage and distribution of the test kits, and reporting of usage and demographic data.DOHMH determined that NASTAD, through its unique expertise and collaboration with Building Healthy Online Communities (BHOC), OraSure Technologies, and Molecular Testing Labs (MTL), is the Sole Source provider of this required TakeMeHome program, which supports NYC's initiative for Ending the HIV Epidemic in the US. Currently, there are no other vendors offering all components of marketing, delivery, and data collection for at-home STI and HIV test kits. Vendors who believe they can legally provide the required services, are invited to submit and Expression of Interest directly to this RFI in PassPort- EPIN 81625Y0714, by 11/10/2025 by 2:00PM.
