    BWT-1646-PWC: to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for pipe wrapping Work, with pipes at maximum operating pressures below 1,000 psi, at various WRRFs, pumping stations, and associated DEP facilities. The pipes are used to convey various fluids throughout the wastewater treatment process.This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal.
