    The City of Denton would like to inform you of a subcontractor bidding opportunity currently advertising for the Pecan Creek Water Reclamation Plant Expansion (PCWRP) Project. The City is using a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) approach for this project, with construction divided into multiple bid packages. On behalf of the City and serving as the CMAR for the project, Sundt Construction is seeking proposals for GMP 2 for the following packages: • Electrical • Site Utilities (Balance) • Winches • Grit Recessed Impeller Non-Clog Pumps • Return Activated Sludge Axial Pumps • Biological Nutrient Removal Recirculation Pumps • Submersible Mixers Electronic Sealed Proposals will be received by Sundt Construction, Inc. via www.BuildingConnected.com (electronically sealed submission) prior to 2:00 PM on May 12, 2026.
