A Pre-bid meeting and inspection of the project site will be held at the City of Safford's Mesa Yard Office Complex, located at 405 West Discovery Park Blvd., Safford, AZ 85546 at 10:00 A.M. Local Time, on October 26, 2017 and attendance is required. Bidders who attended the first pre-bid meeting on August 31st are exempt from attending this second pre-bid meeting, but may attend if they choose to do so. No bid will be accepted from any bidder who does not attend this pre-bid meeting and did not attend the first pre-bid meeting.
