Master contract for miscellaneous professional services for small-scale projects under $10 million as needed.Architects, Engineers & specified professionals who are licensed in the State of Maryland may submit for consideration as outlined in this package. It is WCPS’ intention to pre-qualify a maximum of five (5) to six (6) qualified firms for each discipline category identified on the submission checklist to perform required services on an as-needed basis.WCPS desires to contract directly with a firm for each discipline who can provide services in-house, not through the use of subconsultants. When individual projects arise, WCPS shall request pre-qualified firms provide proposals for required services. The pre-qualified firms will be required to perform various architectural, engineering and specified professional service tasks for miscellaneous small-scale projects during the time period identified on an as-needed basis. WCPS reserves the right to contact one or more pre-qualified firm for specific project proposals depending on the project scope and specific needs.
