Work to include grading, asphalt paving, curb and sidewalk replacement, exterior lighting, fencing, utility vault lid replacement, and irrigation and landscaping. UNR Project#: #24RPR02824 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-129 SPWD Project #: 26-B011 Estimated Cost Range: $700,000 to $800,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Considerations: Traffic and pedestrian signage will need to be provided during construction. Fiber utility vault lid will need to be replaced without damaging existing fiber line. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Pollution Liability, and an Equipment Floater will be required.
