Special Considerations: Project will require temporary detours of vehicular traffic on Virginia Street. Pedestrian bridge will be closed to the public during construction. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job), and Builder's Risk will be required.
