The scope of work includes the installation of a Grow Conex, provided by Owner (UNR), which encompasses site preparation, foundation work, and utility connections, as outlined in the construction plans prepared by TSK Architects. The project will require inspections by the SPWD and additional special inspections. The general contractor will be responsible for coordinating these required inspections in accordance with the construction documents. The Grow Conex will be supplied by GP Solutions, and the general contractor is also responsible for coordinating with GP Solutions regarding the installation and delivery schedule as well as disposal of all waste associated with the purchased materials (e.g. pallets, boxes, packing material, etc.). The total estimated cost of the project, including the Conex box, exceeds $100,000, requiring the payment of prevailing wages. UNR Project#: 24DNC03078 Labor Commissioner #: CL-2026-321 SPWD Project #: 26-B054 Estimated Cost Range: $45,000 to $75,000 Liquidated Damages: $200/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability Insurance, Installation Floater to cover on-site storage and installation of the materials, Equipment Insurance coverage for mobile equipment, forklift, scissor lift, crane etc., (if rented include rental equipment insurance if needed) will be required. If a crane will be used then either the Installation Floater must cover equipment on the hook, or separate Rigging Insurance to cover any lifting operations utilizing a crane will be required.
