UNR Project#: #25RNV03395 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-400 SPWD Project #: 26-B053 Estimated Cost Range: $70,000 to $170,000 Liquidated Damages: $500 per day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, and an Installation Floater will be required. Builder's Risk will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Special Considerations: Contractor is responsible for any parking permits. A staging area will be provided, the Construction Project Manager will coordinate this effort with the awarded Contractor.
