Owner makes no commitment through this solicitation to award construction phase services. Owner is advancing the West Emergency Department project as part of its bond funded capital program. The project consists of a new approximately 10,000 square foot Emergency Department with treatment, triage, and urgent care functions, including completion of the existing temporary gravel parking area into permanent patient parking. The project site is located on the west side of El Paso, Texas. At times, construction activities, crews, and service vehicles will impact occupied clinic environments and related coordination, phasing, and infection prevention and control measures must be coordinated in advance in detail with UMC representative, as applicable.
